In my opinion, comparing Daminion's features with similar products, it matches and exceeds its competitors. It has extensive features with the ability to customise the program's configuration to suit your needs. Daminion is well thought out and logical for the user. I found it very easy to learn.In my job I communicate with numerous local software providers. I haven't ever experienced before the high level of personal support provided by Daminion, and this is from a company on the other side of the world. There is also a very active forum.The tags and metadata are portable, i.e. can be viewed in other DAMs. I haven't found this to be the case with many other DAM products. The search functions powerful and flexible. You can make a search as simple or complicated as you please. Assets can be moved to different locations and Daminion will not lose its links.What I have found is that the program is continuing to be developed with new features being introduced regularly. Specific features I like is the ability to copy tags from one image and paste them to another group of images. The ability to drag photos onto the map to log the GPS co-ordinates. Also being able to drag photos on to tags etc.There is nothing I dislike about the software, however there are always some features I'd like, such as:- a smaller font size for the menus and screens etc.- improved tutorials and help documentation.- an histogram for the images 2ff7e9595c
